Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect customer size selection, or general preference changes.
Custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or differs significantly from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and order details so we can review and resolve the issue.
For approved returns or exchanges that are not due to product defects or seller error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and associated charges.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
